WILLS PREMIUM PACKAGE

We have introduced a range of services designed to make things easier in the event of some ‘calamity’ or ‘catastrophy’ in life, and give you that ‘peace of mind’. 
The launch of our first premium wills legal package includes:

1. The drafting of an up-to-date legal will for yourself and spouse/partner

2. An updated executor’s dossier to enable your executor to have easy access to your personal information to administer your will in conjunction with FCG Legal Pty Ltd, Lawyers.

3. An Enduring Power of Attorney (financial) in the event of you requiring someone to manage your financial affairs whilst you are away on holidays or in hospital or physically unable to carry out financial transactions yourself.

4. An Enduring Power of Attorney (medical treatment) to enable you to make a choice in the event of a disability that leaves you unable to make your own decisions in relation to who will make decisions in relation to your future medical treatment.

5. Safe storage of wills, titles, executors dossiers and powers of attorney.

FEES

Our fees for the provision of these services are $660.00 inclusive of GST.
