Terrance Marbeck
Terrance Marbeck is a barrister and solicitor of the
Supreme Court of Victoria, Western Australia and the
High Court of Australia.
He
practices on in Malaysia and not in Victoria.
Terrance Simon Marbeck is
a Barrister-at-Law of Middle Temple, London and after
his call to the Bar in 1972, served as a Magistrate,
Senior Register and Sessions Judge in Malaysia. He was
also the Chairman of the "Citizenship Deprivation Board"
and "Rent Appeals Board".
In 1982, he went into
private practice and for 8 years was the Managing
Partner of Yusuf, Lee, Pathma & Marbeck a leading law
firm in Kuala Lumpur.
