Our migration group provides assistance in all immigration law matters. The group comprises staff members with specialist expertise in the areas of migration law. 

Some members of the group are involved in teaching immigration law at Victoria University. We have been teaching immigration law at Victoria University, for the past 12 years.

The firm acts for corporations both public and private, government instrumentalities, consulates and private individuals in relation to their migration matters. It also acts as a consultant to numerous lawyers and migration agents.

The Immigration Law Group is staffed by numerous  registered migration agents and lawyers including four  Law Institute Accredited Specialist Solicitors in immigration law. One specialist lawyer is the current chairperson of the advisory committee in immigration law of the Specialisation Board of the Law Institute of Victoria. One of our lawyers is a former head of the Refugee Review Tribunal and senior magistrate.
